| Dear Rachel, I want to thank you for the beautiful cake you made for our daughter's 13th birthday! How wonderful for us to have a beautifully decorated gluten-free cake for our daughter....and one that tasted delicious on top of everything! I appreciate the way you listened to what our daughter wanted and decorated the cake just as she had imagined. As our daughter said, "She nailed it!" About Us
Gluten-Free Goodies is the Southeast’s first & only dedicated gluten free bakery & café. The idea for GFG was formed after owner Rachel Bibey discovered she had a sensitivity to gluten and realized how difficult eating out would be. “I go out to eat with my family every Sunday and quickly realized my choices were going to be very limited and breads and desserts were out of the question.” (Rachel is also a vegetarian.) Rachel knew she couldn’t be the only one having these problems and also knew she could do something about it. “I have been baking since I was a little girl, and after tasting the pre-prepared products available, knew I could do better. I see a tremendous opportunity to serve the community and fill a much needed void. I want those who must avoid gluten to have an option where there is no doubt the food they order is 100% gluten free, safe, and most importantly tastes good.”
